Personally, I was an Aupair some years ago, and I must share with you all, how interesting, fun but also challenging it can be.

It's an indescribable experience, full of happy memories, a golden opportunity to learn different cultures, foreign languages, meet new friends and explore the world.

With all the good memories of my Aupair programme in my life, I thought of how I could give back or share this indescribable opportunity and feeling to other people in the world.
After I gave it a thought,  I felt the need to start my own Aupair agency, where I would give services to both Aupairs and hostfamilies to enable the cultural exchange experience be reached successfully.

Having had different experiences with different hostfamilies, and dealing with different Aupair agencies in the past, I was motivated to open my own agency.
From my own point view, I have realized that it’s very important today that young people should get exposed to other cultures and familiarize themselves with them and learn to have a good relationship with them.

Only when we are sure that the host families really are able to integrate a young person, accept her/him with all their strengths and weaknesses and only if all prerequisites are correct, only then will Gloabalaupair Team arrange a contact between them.
